While I am not a complete beginner, I really enjoyed watching this course. Our exercise options are endless, including fitness, walking, dancing, gardening, biking and even doing household work. What I realized over time and where I fully agree with Emma is that it is really important is to choose activities you enjoy. When I started exercising my learning at that time was that making a schedule or exercising at the same time every day is the best way to stick to your exercise routine and make it last.
