I started to follow the exercises that you have recommended, it is excellent when the weight of your body provides training for your muscles. Most of us spend a lot of time at home and bodyweight exercises that are full-body strength training exercises can certainly help us to stay fit at home because they require no equipment. I completely agree that no-equipment bodyweight exercises are an ideal way to get a strengthening workout anytime, anywhere—whether you’re staying at home or traveling.
