About this Course

Did you know that your relationship with your smartphone and other technology devices can impact on your stress levels and cause an increase in anxieties? Consistently being ‘plugged in’ makes it more difficult for us to manage stress, which can lead to poor mental wellbeing and low self-esteem. This course introduces the idea of ‘digitally detoxing’ which promotes better physical and mental wellbeing and a more peaceful and enjoyable life.

Learning outcomes

Participants of this course will learn how to recognise and manage mental triggers and how to make peace with intrusive, negative inner thoughts. It includes actionable tips for reducing the inner critic and mind chatter and how to set boundaries on technology use by digitally detoxing. Learners will develop the skills needed for starting the day positively, allowing for a calm and resilient day and the techniques required for a peaceful evening leading to nourishing, energising sleep.

This course is for women looking to set healthy boundaries on their use of smartphones and other tech and who want to learn how to enjoy positive, productive, yet calm days and restorative sleep that leaves them feeling revitalised the following morning.
