Overview

A week-long retreat in a luxurious alpine setting. With a focus on positive psychology, stress management this 5-7 day retreat will offer an immersive program of training sessions and opportunities for relaxation, designed to ‘give the body the break it deserves’.

The retreat will provide you with the tools to manage negative thoughts, a space to be you and develop some coping strategies. You will come away understanding your difficulties and have a clear plan to help you move forward with a feeling of newness and peace of mind as well as confidence to move forward. You will gain connection with likeminded people and gain inspiration from others who have been where you are before and understand so you don’t feel alone any more with your problems.

Relaxation and Support

Enjoy time away from the stresses of life to revive yourself, feel refreshed and clearer in your mind with some great skills to move forward. Get out of that rut and repetitive cycle of negative thoughts so you can feel free and independent. You may also bring a friend or partner along to this retreat to support you as an option. We provide, non compulsory, ongoing support for 3 months following the retreat to implement the ‘new you’ into your life back home after the retreat and to also have someone supporting you as you make the changes and adapt to the new way of living. These sessions are held via Zoom, Skype or phone call.

Emotional Wellbeing

You will be able to put down negative thoughts and emotions such as guilt and stress, feel more comfortable and come away feeling emotionally balanced and joyful with excitement for life ahead. Using techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour therapy and Positive Psychology you will learn how to manage and unload negative thoughts to live a happy and more positive life. We will help you to understand depression and anxiety as well as address it so you can get back to normal life.

Food and Accomodation

All food is provided and is carefully chosen to give you a full range of nutritional options and healthy foods. Food allergies and requirements can be catered for. All rooms are single occupancy and of a high standard with en-suite bathroom. If you wish to share a room with a friend, partner or family member then this can be arranged.

Relaxation and Fun

We aim to make your experience fun and relaxing as well as taking a serious concern for addressing mental health and healing. There is a swimming pool and sauna and time for you to relax on your own or with others. Sessions are spaced out giving you time to relax and enjoy the surroundings of Horwood Estate.
